My Story
Being a qualified and experienced Integrative, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Counsellor and registered Addictions practitioner. I hold a professional Masters in Mindfulness and I'm also a professional Artist also offering programmes in therapeutic art. I specialise in all areas of women's health and wellbeing.
I'm married with a young son, for me this journey started way back when I was single and in my early 20's.
I had a bad car accident and was off work unable to move in great pain for a long time. Then someone close to me who was a hypnotherapist gave me a book on self hypnosis for pain management.
I didn't think it would be any good but I gave it a go anyway, I had nothing to loose.
It was the best thing I ever did!
Within days of using these new tools I was able to start getting some control over my
pain and as the weeks went on I was able to start to live my life again.
I decided straight away that I was going to studying and move into this field of work,
to share with others this powerful treatment that had helped me so much.
So I spent the next few years studying hypnotherapy and I completing
numerous counselling courses and set up
Insight Hypnotherapy-Counselling Practice based in Wolverhampton.
I also spent many years training as a registered Addictions Practitioner.
I have worked with many differing client groups across many varied settings,
including doctors surgeries, prisons and communities just to mention a few.
I really enjoy my job, each day is different and brings me new challenges and
the possibility of meeting new inspiring people.
